Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship primarily to customers in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We generally use SF Express International or other reliable international shipping carriers depending on the destination and available shipping routes.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available upon request. If you need a faster shipping option, please contact us at support@lumbron.com before or shortly after placing your order.
Any additional expedited shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and Import Taxes
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable. LUMBRON STONE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, including any pouch, box, card, or other included materials.
How do I start a return?

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns that are not caused by product defects or fulfillment errors, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Natural Stones
Will my bracelet look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. Our products are made with natural stones, and each stone may vary in color, texture, flash, pattern, inclusions, mineral marks, surface characteristics, and overall appearance.
These natural variations are part of the identity of each stone and are not considered defects.
Why do some natural stones look different under different lighting?
Some natural stones show their visual character through movement, angle, and light. Flash, sheen, depth, color, and texture may appear stronger or softer depending on lighting conditions, viewing angle, and the individual stone.
